Shipping & Returns

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. Please contact us for information on shipping to Germany, France, Spain and Portugal.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 days. Next night shipping is available for all orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

How does evening delivery via Trunkrs work?

We work with the Trunkrs shipping service & the orders are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands in the evening because 95% of our customers are at home then. Via the e-mail address entered during your order, you will receive a personalized track & trace code from us, whereby the delivery is estimated accurately to within 15 minutes.

Transport damage & warranty

My product arrived damaged. What now?

Has your product been damaged during transport? That is very annoying, but we will try to solve it with you immediately. Send an email with photos of the damage to info@cookx.com and we will handle your case as soon as possible. We will then send a new product your way!

I want to return my product. How does that work?

Would you like to return something? Which can! You have the right to return a product within a period of 14 days. Read all about our return process in our return policy .

Always pay attention: return shipments are at your own expense and return is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost returns. It is therefore always smart to return your package with a Track & Trace code from Post-NL or B-POST, so that you have proof of shipment!
